The 288 Chardonnay plants produce about 450kg of fruit every year which we hand harvested, fermented with wild yeast and matured in french oak generally producing twenty five cases of this wine. This vintage spent 19 months in oak which yielded a full bodied, rich wine with a slight sweetness and aromas of creamed corn, tinned asparagus, a hint of vanilla and toasted oak. This wine has superb concentration with a  dry smooth texture and shows excellent ageing potential. Truely unctuous
