The 2025 Rosé was made slightly sweeter than our usual offerings

Made from mainly Pinot Noir with a little Tempranillo which is salmon pink, light bodied and crisp textured. Clean, aromatic, primary nose with aromas of toffee apple, sour morello cherry and wild strawberry. Light-bodied and quite restrained on the palate with a light acid finish.
